Campbell Township is one of the very few townships that automatically sends out receipts with each payment that is received. This is a very costly process for the Township. Starting with the collection of the 2021 summer taxes, receipts will no longer be automatically sent. If you would like a receipt, you can include a self-addressed stamped envelope for a hard copy or you can submit an e-mail address for an electronically generated receipt. Your canceled check has always been an acceptable form for proof of payment. Cash payments will always receive a receipt, should be made in person, and will need to be paid in exact change.
You may also go to www.ioniacounty.org to verify that your tax payment has been received.
